Bishop Herbert Bevard

The Virgin Island finally has a new bishop for the Catholic church. His appointment was announced in July and his ceremony appointing him was in August. He made a visit to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church on Sunday. We of course were in the front row. (we had no idea he was coming!) Anyway the kids enjoyed it and were exceptionally good. Having the Bishop there even made Jay sing!
