Walker is taking in her first Broadway play at the Fox in Atlanta. I still remember going to see my first, Les Miserables with my dad.

Weekend visit

We had a great time with Mary and John this weekend!  They got to see tons of baseball. Quinn had a game on Friday night, they lost.  Then he had a game on Saturday morning, they won.  Quinn also got to play up a league in AAA for the Cardinals, they won. 3 games for Quinn!  Zero games for Walker since the Flames had the weekend off. Don't worry, she will be back at it this weekend!

Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Ft. Myers, Thanks Susie and Uldis!  Our days were filled with mostly the pool. We went to all 4 pools at the complex over the course of the week.  What else did we do, played shuffle board, miniature golf 3 times, Quinn went to a Twins Spring Training Game.  We also had lots of bike time and down time.  We visited Sanibel for our usual day trip to the beach with ice cream after.  The most fun was the afternoon of sailing. Seeing the manatee and dolphins was my favorite!

We are spending the morning in the pool then we are off to do some sailing. SO good to be on vacation!

Who knew

Who knew it would be so hard to find a hotel room on I75! We left the tournament at 11:15 and were planning on driving south for about an hour then stopping. Well the hour soon turned into 3 when we couldn't find a hotel. All of the hotels we tried told us there was not a hotel until Florida, still 2 hours away! We finally found a high quality Travelodge south of Tifton. At 2 am we didn't care!
