cupcakes

Walker is all into baking!  For Christmas, she received a cupcake decorating book (Thanks Aunt Laine, Uncle Mitch, and Eli).  Last week we went to a friends for dinner so Walker made dessert.  She found these "cupcake pies" in the cupcake book.  It was quite fun to watch her make a giant mess!  As much of a mess she made, she really enjoyed it and is always looking for a chance to make dessert.

Quinn had his second baseball game this afternoon.  The opening ceremonies were last night.  Quinn played great!  He had two great hits and a good inning of pitching.  I was finally able to get the camera out and take some pictures of him playing, instead of Walker!  For the season he will play 2 games week and have one practice.  It is back to the ball park for us!  As I just read a few minutes ago, "Little league is a good thing, it keeps the parents off the streets"  Go Rangers!

Quinn had his first game tonight. He is on the Texas Rangers. He was 2 for 3 with a strikeout and 2 singles. He also pitched an inning. He took his time and stuck out the 3 batters that he faced! The Rangers won, 10-8. Next games on Saturday.
